Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy states that all products are final and non-returnable unless damage during shipment.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Terms: Net 30 days to school and other authorized institutions. Purchase Orders (PO) are required with appropriate authorization. Our company DO NOT provide for individuals ONLY Companys..
  • To avoid processing fee when ordering online, please print your order out and email it to [email protected].

Refunds and Prices

Subject to change without notice. Orders are shipped at prices prevailing at time of shipment. However, in the event of a sizable increase, we will notify you for confirmation before shipping.

Writing the order through our online flip catalog please to ensure accuracy and promptness in filling your order, be sure all categories on the order form are completed. If the information given is incomplete, it may be necessary to delay your order until we receive clarification.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to the address provided on the label.

Shipping returns and shipping charges

For continental US destination, please add 15% for orders under $250: 10% for orders over $250. Minimum shipping and handling charge is $10.95. Minimum purchase $250.

When weight and/or +AS is indicated for a product, additional shipping charge may apply, please call for confirmation or quote.

To return your product, you should mail your product to the address provided on the label.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Returns: Return authorization required for all returns, please provide invoice number when making request. A restocking fee may apply.
